The Model 300 has replaced the Model 275 in the CEMCO plant lineup. The plant retains all the benefits of the previous models, but has been built with larger aggregate scales and functional improvements throughout with the focus on improving reliability and productivity.

HOW IT WORKS:
The CEMCO plant is leveled by four hydraulic jacks. The silo on the plant erects hydraulically in less than 5 minutes. As the silo erects, it pulls the conveyor into the batching position. The conveyor has 12 feet of travel to support operations with varying truck heights. The cement and water also simultaneously travel with the Silo and there is no additional work required to get them ready to batch. Five turnbuckles tie down the bins and fold-away batch house. Hydraulic rams raise the cement storage silo into its vertical position. Two pins hold the silo in place. All wiring is permanently in place. The plant ships as one complete load. If the optional, load point dust collector is purchased, it ships completely plumbed and attached to the plant silo. Truck hookup and drop off is easily accomplished by the driver without the need for any additional equipment.
From the time the plant is dropped off, two people can easily set the entire plant up in less than one hour. After setup, the control system connects to the batch plant via 3 quick-connect style control cables and 1 quick connect scale cable. The plant itself requires no external power; however, the control system requires a 20 amp 120 VAC circuit which can be accomplished by a small generator. It is common for new plant owners to begin concrete production the same day the equipment arrives on site.
Every Cemco plant goes through a 2-3 day quality control process in which a single employee completes a thorough, operational checklist. This ensures that the end customer receives a functional unit that is ready to produce concrete upon arrival.
